  • We love seeing people smashing their goals, so by setting a date it gives people time to prepare and give it their all during the competition! (with an enthusiastic community cheering them on!)

  • One week before the event so we can prepare prizes and order t-shirts so no one gets left out!

  • We’ve been trying to keep these competitions annual! It’s our biggest event in the gym so it’s not worth missing!

  • We have plenty of small items like merchandise, supplements, or snacks that all participants get an equal chance in winning!

Bench Press Competition

Welcome! To Amazing Fitness' Bench Press Competition. This is a friendly competition, a place to have fun, break your PR's and win some prizes! Women are starting at 1pm and Men starting at 3pm. Chalk, and wrist wraps are allowed. Body cannot come off the pad. Elbow sleeves/wraps are not allowed. PRIZES: 1st: $500, 2nd: $250, 3rd: $125, 4th: $50 + Supplements! Snacks and Drinks will be provided
