  • Preferably, Yes!

    Although we may have some gear for you on hand, we always recommend bringing your own pair of gear. In case you forget or are just starting out, don’t worry, we have gloves and wraps on hand for you to use!

  • We put our sessions up to join automatically 1 week in advance!

    Just make sure if you change your mind, cancel the booking 24 hours before the session or we won’t be able to issue a refund!

  • Our 5 or 10 pack of class passes will expire 3 months after purchase.

    Keep in mind we will continue to run multiple sessions a week, so there’s plenty of chances to use ‘em up!

  • We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early, giving you a chance to get warmed up and ready to box!
